Partnership Process

To become an official partner with Glimmer Dreamer, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Application Submission

• Submit a partnership application through our official channel. 
• Provide detailed information about your business, including location, target audience, and distribution capacity. 

2. Evaluation and Approval

• Our team will review your application to ensure alignment with Glimmer Dreamer's brand values and market positioning.
• If your business meets our criteria, we will contact you for further discussions.

3. Contract Agreement

• Once approved, both parties will enter into a formal agreement outlining terms, sales policies, and brand protection clauses.
• All partners must comply with our resale and distribution policies.

4. Onboarding and Training

• New partners will receive training materials and marketing support to ensure successful product representation.
• Our team will guide you on product knowledge and best practices for brand alignment.

5. Wholesale Partnership Code Access

• We will provide you with a partnership code, which you can use on our website to purchase products at wholesale prices.

6. Ongoing Collaboration

• We value long-term partnerships. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be conducted to ensure mutual success.
• Continuous access to exclusive promotions, product updates, and co-branding opportunities. Join us in empowering customers with high-quality beauty products while maintaining our shared commitment to excellence.

 

Terms of Trade

Large Volume Orders:

• Package arrangements available
• Separate order schedules available
• Invoice trade available
• Flexible payment options available

Small Volume Orders:

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts from 100 boxes, with the option to mix colors and designs
• To receive wholesale pricing, orders must be placed through our store using a partnership code

Please note: Sales tax will be charged due to online transactions. However, you can file with your accountant to report taxes already paid.

1. Pricing and Payment

• Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for approved partners with a valid partnership code.
• Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Order Minimums and Quantities

• A minimum order quantity (MOQ100) may apply for wholesale purchases.
• Contact us for large volume orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation. We offer free shipping within the domestic USA.
• The International partner is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of receipt.
• All other sales are considered final.

5. Sales Restrictions

• Resale on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart is strictly prohibited.
• Sales must be conducted through approved channels only.

6. Exclusivity and Branding

• Partners are required to maintain the integrity of the Glimmer Dreamer brand.
• Unauthorized discounts or bulk clearance sales are not permitted.

 

Sales and Resale Restrictions

To protect the integrity of the Glimmer Dreamer brand and maintain the highest standards for our partners, the following sales and resale policies apply to all authorized distributors:

1. Prohibited Sales Channels:

• Sales on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, Tiktok, Target and Walmart Marketplace, are strictly prohibited.
• Selling on any discount websites, auction platforms, or bulk clearance sales platforms is also strictly forbidden.

2. No Unauthorized Resale:

• Resale of products by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Distributors may only Glimmer Dreamer sell products directly to end consumers or through approved retail channels authorized in writing by Glimmer Dreamer.

3. Exclusive Partnerships:

• Glimmer Dreamer partners exclusively with carefully selected businesses to uphold the brand’s premium image and maintain product value.
• Distributors are expected to represent the brand ethically and with the same high standards as Glimmer Dreamer’s core values.

4. Brand Protection:

• Any violation of these sales and resale restrictions may result in termination of the distribution agreement and legal action if necessary.

By becoming a Glimmer Dreamer distributor, you agree to comply with the above rules to protect our brand integrity and support the success of our partners’ businesses.
